The first thing to do when you’re craving a cup of coffee is to grab a mug and take it to your favorite Irish coffee shop.
Here’s how to brew it yourself.

To do this, you need to mix a little bit of milk and coffee in with water.
(You can also mix in a teaspoon or two of sugar.)
Then, add the water and let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
If the coffee is still a little too dark or too bitter for your taste, add a little more water.
If that still doesn’t make it go down, add another teaspoon or so of sugar.
The final step is to strain the coffee into a cup and pour it through a fine-mesh strainer.
Pour that into your cup and enjoy!
This recipe is made with a coffee grinder.
If you don’ have one, you can always buy a stainless steel coffee grubber from a hardware store or a craft store, but it won’t be nearly as easy to make the right amount of coffee.
For the grinder, you’ll need a coffee filter, a coffee grinders attachment, a pot, a spigot, a metal spatula, and a plastic spout.
You can find them in many grocery stores, and they can also be bought online.
